Federal Benefits Review

Is this only for employees ready to retire now?

No. The review can be valuable whether retirement is months away or several years out. Earlier planning often gives you more flexibility.

Will you help me understand my TSP?

Yes. The review explains how contributions, Traditional vs. Roth TSP, and withdrawal options work, and how each affects your taxes. Personalized TSP investment and rollover recommendations are provided separately by Darryl through Wealth Watch Advisors, Inc.

Can this help if I receive a buyout offer?

Yes. Before accepting a buyout or early retirement offer, you should understand how the decision may affect income, insurance, taxes, and long-term security.

Does this replace OPM or HR guidance?

No. Your HR office and OPM provide official benefits information. Our role is to help you understand how those benefits may fit into your larger financial plan.

Can I upgrade from Growth to Thrive later?

Are the plans personalized?
